Aggregating all the data generated from equipment in buildings and applying analytics to measure performance, identify waste and ensure safety is becoming more common for building owners and operators. Over the last seven years, BuildingFit has created a comprehensive list of over 200 rules and 60 KPI’s, to address these and other business issues. We have learned over the years that buildings vary in complexity and the people in them have different needs. To address the variance between buildings and the people in them, BuildingFit has classified its rules accordingly:
Basic analytics for air handling units (AHU), system sensors, alarms and scheduling.
Includes Silver plus analytics for terminal units (TU), advanced AHU, hot water plants, and basic analytics for air cooled chiller.
Silver and Gold plus advanced analytics for a water cooled, chilled water plant (CWP) (chillers, primary secondary pumping, cooling towers).
Included with all Analytics is the ability to see when points lose connectivity (typically from a controls upgrade) and identify any new points that become available (like when new equipment is added). BuildingFit Point Supervisor will automatically detect and report issues with data synchronization.
Because buildings are complex and the people within them have various needs, apply the right analytics will ensure comfort, compliance and cost-related initiatives, so occupants can perform at their peak. For more information, please contact us.
