Overview

BuildingFit uses an enterprise building analytics platform that enables us to program analytics on the front end and to develop applications using a variety of tools. This role will assist in developing and implementing engineering analysis. This position will assist in creating vision and inspiring\developing applications to be built to contribute significant impact on the environment using actionable analytics through web based applications.

Work will be completed within teams, using an Agile Development model

Programming Responsibilities

BuildingFit is looking for a skilled React.js Developer to join our front-end development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase.

 

Requirements:

  • JavaScript and React concepts
  • excellent front-end coding skills
  • good understanding of progressive web applications.
  • Ultimately, a top-class React.js Developer should be able to design and build modern user interface components to enhance application performance.

 

React.js Developer Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
  • Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
  • Identifying web-based user interactions.
  • Developing and implementing highly-responsive user interface components using React concepts.
  • Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following React.js workflows.

React.js Developer Recommended requirements:

  • Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.

Technical Sales Associate

BuildingFit is looking to grow its sales staff and currently has opening for Technical Sales Associates.  The technical sales associate is responsible for connecting with leads, identifying sales opportunities, and closing the sale.  The position will work closely with both our marketing, customer success, and product development groups.

Customer Success Manager

The BuildingFit customer success program is designed to give a high level of customer service to customers that have shown a high level of commitment to use, deploy and re-sell BuildingFit software solutions.

The program is not intended to be for all BuildingFit customers, rather it focuses on customers responsible for significant BuildingFit revenue ($250k/year or greater) or customers that have the potential to scale to that level within a year.

The customer success program ensures that BuildingFit’s major customers are successful by providing support at every phase of the program’s lifecycle, from strategy creation and project identification to execution and delivery to completion.

Overview

Customer Success Managers (CSM) have expertise in the following: product knowledge, sales, business strategies, and goal setting with partners.  Most importantly, CSMs have a coaching mindset, a partner-first mentality that allows them to advocate for their customers internally while establishing a high-trust relationship.

The CSM is responsible for a portfolio of accounts, forming and driving client relationships and successfully interacting with senior executive level clients. Through their role, CSMs focus on all aspects of client growth, relationship development, financial integrity, and quality delivery and execution of all engagements that drive organic growth and strong relationships.  This individual manages growth and evolution of multiple client relationships between $250K-$1 million in annual net revenues and can lead complex multi-dimensional engagements that combine media and creative services, data management, consulting, and large technology deployments. This person is a high-energy leader with the ability to grow client relationships through presenting new strategies and innovative ideas.

Overview

The Project Execution Manager is responsible for the coordination, implementation, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables for project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.  Knowledge of larger landscape without neglecting granular details while tracking project health, staying alert for risk, and resolving issues as they arise. Provide in-office and field support for building control system evaluation, reporting and programming. Trend management, system reporting and diagnostics, code review.

Work with all staff to customize, streamline and manage development and delivery of analysis reports relying heavily on Microsoft infrastructure – Office, SharePoint Foundation, Access and MS SQL.

Assist with integration of operations tools – Deltek Vision ERM software, SharePoint, SQL and MS Office.
