Building Maintenance Scorecard Features
A smarter data-driven approach.
Mechanical Contractors typically provide an interval based service that includes things like filter changes, bearing lubrication, fan belt adjustments and general visual inspections for equipment failures.
BuildingFit connects an analytics engine to the data produced by the building’s control system. The analytics engine runs 200 engineered rules on the building data every 15 minutes, constantly looking for building operational issues.
The BuildingFit Building Maintenance Scorecard is sent to the Building Owner monthly documenting the maintenance and operational issues the Buildingfit FDD platform automatically identifies, tracking service tickets associated with the issues, and monitoring building performance in terms of maintenance and comfort issues.
Power BI Report Driven
A Power BI report, hosted in the BuildingFit React framework, calculates an AHU, Central Plant, Terminal Unit and Comfort score for a building. It provides a list of issues, sorted by priority and duration associated with each score. Also includes a service ticket page to track issues and a history page to track building level scores over time.
